Dubai releases regulatory framework for crypto derivatives

Golden Finance reports: On March 31, the Dubai Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA) released Version 2.1 of the “Trading Platform Services Rules Handbook,” clarifying how licensed crypto companies can provide crypto derivatives trading in Dubai. It covers requirements including client suitability, leverage and margin controls, asset segregation, information disclosure standards, and the regulator’s intervention authority.
