"Shorting 66,000 ETH" Whale has once again increased holdings by 23,501 ETH, and may cycle loan to buy more ETH.
On November 11, according to lookonchain monitoring, a Whale who previously lent out 66,000 ETH and dumped, and repurchased 257,543 ETH when the market fell, has just bought another 23,501 ETH (approximately 82.63 million USD). He also lent out 40 million USDT again and transferred it to a CEX, likely preparing to buy more ETH.
